High-Precision AGV Pallet Docking Station

This product is designed primarily for the high-precision docking of AGV pallets. By utilizing stopper mechanisms, pusher mechanisms, and photoelectric sensors, it achieves precise positioning and docking of materials (pallets). When integrated with AMRs, it fulfills the functional and precision requirements for the robot to pick up materials directly.

Intelligent Rotary Storage System

This product is primarily utilized in automated production line units, specifically catering to the storage requirements of multiple tools and fixtures. The internal material rack of the intelligent rotary storage system features a ±180° rotation capability, accommodating specialized items such as cutting tools, custom fixtures, and collets/expansion sleeves. The quantity and dimensions of the storage slots are custom-designed based on actual working conditions.

Elevating Fork-Type Docking Station

This product is primarily used for material docking and transfer at fixed locations. Driven by a ball screw and a servo motor, the docking table moves vertically with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. Additionally, the station is equipped with a servo-driven pull mechanism (similar to a forklift fork), enabling it to retrieve and deposit materials (pallets) from fixed carts or racks, thereby achieving bi-directional transfer functionality.
