In June 2024, Kunda’s self-developed heavy-duty AGVs were successfully deployed in the assembly workshop of Harbin Electric Corporation (HEC) - Jiamusi Electric Machine, assisting the facility in earning the title of “Digital (Intelligent) Demonstration Workshop of Heilongjiang Province.”
By introducing lifting AGVs, forklift AGVs, heavy-duty AGVs, and Rail-Guided Vehicles (RGVs), this project significantly reduced labor requirements in the warehousing area, lowered inventory costs, improved Work-in-Progress (WIP) turnover efficiency, and shortened overall order delivery times.

Automatic Docking:
Automatically transports workpieces to the assembly transport platform designated by the central control system and achieves precise automatic docking with the platform.

Automated Workpiece Transport:
Enables continuous, repetitive automated transport of workpieces between the heavy-duty AMRs and the assembly transport platforms.

Heavy-Duty Handling
Designed for heavy-duty material handling in harsh environments such as foundry workshops. It features autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance capabilities, with a customizable maximum payload of up to 50 tons.
